Dear Mumineen, Governor of Maharashtra His Excellency, Mohammed Fazal, came to visit Aqa Maula TUS today at Saifee Mahal. Aqa Maula TUS presented the Governor with Al Quran Majeed and tasbeeh along with the customary shawl. Sworn in as Governor of Mahashtra on 10th October 2002, His Excellency Mr. Fazal is the 14th Governor of Maharashtra since independence. Born on July 2, 1922, in a family of Allahabad, Fazal has held senior positions in both the public and private sectors, also having being Governor of Goa. |
